Donald Bell has over 7 years of real estate appraisal experience and has over 15 years of real estate experience in the Chattanooga area and North Georgia area. Donald Bell is an active member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors, Carpet Capital Association of Realtors, Tennessee Assocation of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers.
Bell Appraisals is a family owned business employing Donald Bell, Certified Residential Appraiser; wife, Mindy Bell, Office Manager; and brother, David Bell, Appraiser Trainee. Donald and Mindy have three beautiful daughters.

Our office is located in the Fort Oglethorpe area near the Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park, which is home to historic battlefields from the Civil War. There are many historical monuments and historical landmarks located in this national military park. There have been many newer commercial enterprises, restaurants and shopping centers developed in the Fort Oglethorpe area over the past years. Throughout the 1990's, Catoosa County was one of the fastest growing counties in the State of Georgia. The Fort Oglethorpe area is located near the Chattanooga area of Tennessee and is conveniently located between Chattanooga and Dalton, Georgia, which are the two largest cities in this area.
